Service

Loooplab is a platform where independent producers can upload and share royalty-free music loops, and where anyone can browse, stream, and download those loops for use in their own music — for free, with no paid tier required to download.

You need an account to upload loops. You're responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account.

When you upload a loop to Loooplab, you confirm that:

• You created it yourself, or you own or control all necessary rights to it.
• It doesn't infringe on any third party's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• It doesn't contain samples of copyrighted commercial recordings you don't have the rights to.

You keep ownership of the loops you upload. By uploading, you grant Loooplab a license to host, stream, and make your loop available for download, and you grant every person who downloads it a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and incorporate that loop into their own musical works, including commercial releases, without owing you or Loooplab any royalties or attribution.

This license is what makes “free to use, forever” on Loooplab actually true — once you upload a loop, downloaders can rely on being able to use it in their music indefinitely, even if you later delete your account or remove the loop.

Loops downloaded from Loooplab may be used in your own musical works, including commercial projects, without payment or attribution to the original uploader. You may not re-upload loops from Loooplab to other loop marketplaces or resell them as standalone loops/sample packs.

You may not upload or share:

• Content you don't have the rights to (unauthorized samples, ripped commercial tracks, stolen loops).
• Illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Malware or files disguised as audio.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

If you believe a loop on Loooplab infringes your copyright, contact us at legal@loooplab.comwith a description of the work, its location on the Service, and your contact information. We'll review and remove infringing content where appropriate.

The Service is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee uploaded loops are error-free, uninterrupted, or free of rights issues beyond the confirmations uploaders make in Section 3 — we rely on uploaders' confirmations and can't independently verify every upload.

To the extent permitted by law, Loooplab isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including claims related to the rights status of uploaded content.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
