License.
Last updated July 25, 2026. This page explains, in plain language, what you can and can't do with loops downloaded from Loooplab. The full legal terms are in Sections 3 and 4 of the Terms of Service — this page is a clear summary, not a replacement for them.
What you can do
- Use any loop downloaded from Loooplab in your own music, including commercial releases.
- Use it without paying royalties or crediting the original uploader.
- Chop, pitch, rearrange, or otherwise modify the loop as part of your track.
- Use it in an unlimited number of projects, forever.
What you can't do
- Resell or redistribute the loop itself as a standalone loop, sample, or sample pack — the license covers using it in your music, not reselling the loop on its own.
- Re-upload the loop to another loop marketplace or platform as if it were your own.
- Claim you created the original loop.
What uploaders grant
When a producer uploads a loop to Loooplab, they confirm they own or control the rights to it, and they grant every person who downloads it a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it under the terms above — for as long as Loooplab exists, even if the uploader later deletes their account or removes the loop.
Ownership
Uploading a loop to Loooplab doesn't transfer ownership of it — the original producer keeps ownership of their loop. Likewise, using a Loooplab loop in your track doesn't give you ownership of the loop itself, only the right to use it under this license. You own the new composition you create with it.
